About the firm

Formed in 2013, the Law Office of Robert M. Hayden, PLLC has been servicing individuals and business clients of various sizes and goals. The Firm's founder, Robert M. Hayden, Esq., is currently licensed to practice law in New York, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Nevada, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Hayden is both a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™. In addition to being a lawyer, he also serves as the Chief Wealth Advisor of Total Alignment Wealth Advisors, LLC, holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, was on the national board of directors of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and is an adjunct at NYU. Mr. Hayden has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and has been published in various financial planning journals and law journals, including for the articles “TOLI Trouble,” which was featured in 2013 on wealthmanagement.com, “Trustee Delegations and the Prudent Investor Act: Filling the Gaps,” which was featured in The Rutgers Law Record’s Spring 2008 issue, and “Foreign Direct Investment, Trade and China’s Competition Laws,” which he co-authored for a feature in the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy’s Spring 2008 issue.
